The Ruler of the Black Flame Deck Build Box offers an ideal base for players to begin their game with an assortment of popular Pokémon, Trainer, and Energy cards from both the Sword & Shield Era and the Scarlet & Violet Era. Players can also integrate these with cards obtained from the 10 Ruler of the Black Flame booster packs enclosed within each box. The fixed card assortment comprises 14 Pokémon cards, 50 Trainer cards, 2 Special Energy cards, and 104 Basic Energy cards, for a total of 170 cards. All cards other than the Basic Energy cards feature a product-specific collection number and symbol. Each box is also packaged with a number of accessories, 4 deck box dividers, and an acrylic VSTAR marker.
