The enormous Toar was once used by the Sea Hag in a scheme to best Popeye, but our hero eventually triumphed and befriended this immortal caveman. Now Toar often travels with Popeye and friends on adventures, and even enjoys babysitting Popeye’s boy kid, Swee’Pea. This Toar figure has 20 points of articulation and includes a bowler hat, alternate hands and a tea cup.
